There is a lot going on here, first, what browsers have you tested this with? You are using the SimpleModal plugin for your form, its style sheet is smcf.css. I see one conditional comment that checks for any version less than IE7 and supplies an additional style sheet smcf-ie.css. We can hope that those two are the only ones you have to deal with.

OK, I can see the textarea this time. I’m not sure how you interact with this particular plugin, but you want to set the columns parameter in your form’s textarea to something lower. I suspect that it is 100% now, you might want to just make it a fixed number.
