How to Align Columns of Text

I just created my first blog so I’m new at all this. The blog is for weather forecasts. There will be new posts daily; the format of each post will be the same but different text and temps. I had been using a Word document then pasting which worked fairly well but my columns of text (city name then temp) do not align well. I read in this forum that pasting from Word is less than desirable. I tried the “advanced / paste from Word” button and it produced worse results.

What is the best method for aligning columns of text?
