How to adjust social media icons in my Primary Navigation area

    Hi. I am using the Virtue theme.
    I wanted my social media icons to show up in the Primary Navigation area. Got this to work (through Links in the Menu . However they show up in the center and are fairly small.

    What CSS code can I use to align them on the right and adjust size and color?
    I already tried things like:

    li.social-icon {
    float: right;
    }

    li.social-icon a{
    color: red;
    }

    but nothing changed
