How to added “restoredraft” button

Hi

You may be aware of my own plugin that installes and activates the fullscreen and autosave plugins for TinyMCE 4.

But I don’t know how to programatically add support for the “restoredraft” button. If I activate the menubar using your plugin then I do see it on there but not thetoolbar (the docs say the button is optional).

Similarly, I don’t know where I am supposed to tweak the default interval of 30 secs.
