How to Add “You must be logged in to comment” Text Comment Secton

    By default, my WordPress site should display the text “You must be logged in to comment” to logged out users in the comment section, however, this does not display on my website even when I set “Users must be registered and logged in to comment” in the Discussion settings.

    What can I do to enable that text “You must be logged in to comment” for non-logged users? Thank you.
