    Hi there.

I have free and payed version of this plugin. Works very well.

How can I add woocommerce email tags to the emails for woocommerce?

I got all the widgets, but when I use for example {customer_name}, the email will not represent this.

Another big question is, why the emails are lost CSS format after update?

Please if you have any advice, share with me.

    Regards.

    Hi @garybsimon

Thanks for reaching out to us.

In CoDesigner email templates, you cannot apply WooCommerce email tags when editing with a text editor. Instead, you have to use the CoDesigner “Email Header” widget “Placeholders”

About the CSS format loss, Could you be more specific?

    CSS format loss-

CSS just doesn’t work for email layout. Most email clients do not support CSS layout or break the layout. Each of them works in its own unique way.

Also, you may see the guideline here: https://www.campaignmonitor.com/css/

I am looking forward to hearing from you.
