How to add WooCommerce actions to theme?

Hello,
I followed the guide to enable enhanced eCommerce Tracking, but from using the preview function of Google Tag Manager, it seems the tracking does not work.
The event trigger never fires, because the defined events never occur.In the documentation it says “To be able to track all the elements that Enhanced Ecommerce can track, my plugin hooks into several WooCommerce actions. If you forgot to add them to your theme, my plugin won’t work properly.”
We use a child theme of the commercial Divi theme. Since it is WooCommerce compatible I would expect the hooks to be already set.
I’m not exactly familiar with WordPress, so I’m wondering where and how I have to check/add the actions listed in the documentation? In the WordPress folders of the ftp server, which files do I have check/modify in order to get enhanced eCommerce Tracking running?
An example would be very helpful. Please let me know, if you need any additional information.
