How to add widgets to a page other than side bar ?

Guys,

I’m wondering if there is a way to add widgets to the content of a page and arrange them in however I want. Rightnow, the only place where the widgets can go to are on the side bar (the right column) which is already long enough (with what I already have). I would like to create a separate page and put the widgets there. My concern is whether this is possible and how to dock them so that they appear in columns. Thanks.
