How to add utm tags?

Hi,
I would like to add utm tags to the links when somebody share link to our blog on social media via share buttons – for example to this article https://tasil.com/insights/benefits-behavioural-segmentation/
I check ‘AddThis’ settins, but it doesn’t have any option to customize and add utm tags to the links published via shared buttos – Is it doable at all?
