How to add "users>add new" to Dashboard sidebar

  • OK I’m a total noob but learning fast…

    I want to add new authors. Under dashboard>users I only see When I click on “users” in the left sidebar in Dashboard, I tabs for “all users” and “your profile.”

    How to I find/install the “add new” tab for users? I assume this is a standard widget, but can’t find it anywhere.
