How to add two different shipping charges on Non Premium WooCommerce

With Flexible Shipping (free plugin) you can add multiple shipping rules and sum them in the checkout. If I understood you correctly you will be able to add 2 shipping charges and sum them.

Just found this plugin, which promises to give me what I need. It allows different shipping methods per shipping class (rather than per vendor as in my original question), all selectable by the customer in the checkout:

It has some PHP strict errors that need fixing (they break the AJAX stuff in the checkout) but with a little TLC, may be just the job.
