How To Add This To A Tag Page

Hello.

I was wandering how I add a section within a tag page. Its hard to explain in words so here are photo examples.

Here is my current tag page:

Here is what I would like to add where the arrow is pointed:

Obviously, this would have to be different for each player so I think it will take some complex coding but I hope it can be done. All help is appreciated. Thanks.
