How to add the "Product added to cart" pop-up message ?

Hi,
I’ve read several times* that some people get a “Product successfully adedd to cart” message when clicking on the “add to cart” button on the product page. My “add to cart” button is perfectly working (cart widget updated, etc.) but I’ve never seen this pop-up. How can I activate it ?
