How to add the form to my page template

    Hello ,
    I want to add the subscribe form to my home page template but can’t find how to do that.
    I’ve watch the video and maybe because I use free version it doesn’t have the shortcode option in my form setting.
    Please help.

    Hello there,

    The forms should be able to be shown on the homepage. You should make sure the “Deployed (makes this optin go live)” is enabled in the Go Live Section at the bottom of the Edit Form page and just for testing set the Display Frequency to On Every pageview.

    Although for the free version the form is enabled for all the pages by default and you can only select specific pages for the form to display on the premium version only through shortcodes as you said.

    Hi , Thank you for your answer but I have a work around by create a custom widget and then add the widget to my page template.
