    Hi there,

We have been using your plugins for a while, but recently we cannot add the form onto specific products we want to add it to.

How can we add the form onto a specific product?

Do you have a video or tutorial for this?

    Thanks for your help! ??

    Hello there,

    Good Day!!

    We’re here to assist you.

We would like to mention that our plugin displays a subscription form for all out-of-stock products by default.

Regarding your query, we suggest you navigate to : Admin Dasboard  > Instock Notifier > Settings > Visibility Settings > Show/Hide Subscribe Form for specific products. With this option, you are able to show or hide the form for specific products.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a specific video tutorial for this process, but we are here to assist you every step of the way.

If the aforementioned solution does not meet your requirements, please provide us with more information, including your out-of-stock product URL, and we will be happy to assist you.

    Thanks.

    Hi There,

Good day and thanks for your reply ??

Oh okay, we will try that (the steps you mentioned)

And does this work for products which are variable products as well?

So basically, if we put the product as “out of stock” the form will automatically appear?

I think before you had a section, where we had to put the product name in some place and then it would appear? Sorry if i am wrong.

    Hello there,

We’re glad to assist you .

Yes, our plugin will display the subscription form for all out-of-stock products by default. The option ‘Show/Hide Subscribe Form for specific products’ is applicable to variable products as well.

To clarify, the option ‘Show/Hide Subscribe Form for specific products’ works for both simple and variable products with an out-of-stock status. When you select product(s) or variation(s) in this option and choose the ‘Hide’ radio button, the subscription form(s) will be hidden for the selected product(s). On the other hand, if you select the ‘Show’ radio button, the subscription form will be displayed only for the selected product(s).

    Thanks.

Hi thank you for the reply.

Is there any email (business email) we can have for the help in regards to a website not showing the form? We have the plugin added, but the form is not showing for out of stock products.

We don’t want to post the URL/Domain on the forum because it becomes public.

Thanks for your help in advance!
