How to add the DJ’s role

Dashboard > Users > Profile change the user role from Admin to DJ.

I understand that this may disable an admin user from accessing the admin rule functions, so you may have to register a new user under another email address (users can’t share an email address in WordPress) and assign the role of DJ to that user. You will then see that DJ listed in the DJ module in the Edit view of a Show page.

If you want to give the DJ admin access, you can probably add that access back using the Member plugin to add rules to a role by core WordPress developer, Justin Tadlock.

We use User Role Editor, which allows us to assign more than one role to a user, e.g Admin & DJ.
