How to add Taxonomy as custom tab under Appearance

  • I’m using Impreza and 5.7.1 WP version.
    Taxonomy seems to have disappeared under Appearance. It was essential to a non-techie like myself to making font uniform and correct size.
    Can it be added back? How?
    Also font of pages and blogs is different and looks bad. I’m told this was a built-in feature. Can it be made uniform throughout the website using Taxonomy?
