Since you are using a paid theme not available through www.remarpro.com, you will need to contact your theme provider for support on this. I can’t install the theme on a test site to see which widget positions you could use.

In the meantime, you can explore some vertical CSS menus. The styling would be added to your stylesheet, and the menu itself would be put into a widget that allows HTML, and you would put that widget into your left sidebar.
