how to add subscribers manually to jetpack Version 6.2.2

When I first got jetpack some years ago my blog was already old and had subscribers. You didn’t allow that subscriber list to be imported. Now you allow imports but only 100 without paying. Both you and my previous plugin are set to send out posts to subscribers. Is that ok? I don’t know what else to do.
