• Hi,

On many WP blogs I have seen a feature something like “subscribe via email”. How do I incorporate that feature into my own WP blog.

I have the “subscribe by feeds” feature only.

    Thanks

  • This is probably done by Feedburner, which allows you to add an email button.

No … there is a plugin for this, which is available at the plugins site. It allows people to subscribe to a particular post and comments, or a number of same.

I’m not wrong, your just adding your own way.

Yes joober, thats correct! im also trying to get the same thing done for my blog at but no luck!!!

I know it can be done by feedburner but i do not find any such plugin that could do it. do you know of any such plugins? pleaseeeee do let me know!

    thanks ??

I’d like the same thing, that is “subscribe via email” as well as “subscribe via RSS”. I’ve read the messages in this thread and don’t see a clear answer. Is there a good way to get this?

I went to feedburner and set up both subscribe types using the code they provide. It worked.

    Hi,

It is true that the feedburner ‘subscribe via email’ facility works perfectly well and is pretty simple to implement.

They give you the code and you just copy and paste it into the relevent php file.

I have implemented mine into the sidebar near the top of my page at

    Good Luck!
