How to add small flags to the left-top of each team member on a page

    My website has one page with team members block in WordPress through a web hosting. I already installed your plugin “Image Hover Effects Ultimate” and activated it. However, I cannot find any effect to add small country flags (I can upload flag pictures to the page) to the left-top of each team member in each image.

    Please advise.
