How to add sidebar to categories page?

  • Hi There,

    I’m sort of a new person at this but I have a sidebar that shows up on the right side on all of my pages and posts for the most part. But when I go to the categories page, it doesn’t appear and I was wondering what I could do to have the sidebar appear when I go to the categories page also (if I can get the side bar to show up here https://www.talipurkerson.com/category/blog)
    everywhere else it shows up. I’m wondering if there is a snippet of code I need to add into my css or something in a php file.
    I’m also in gravit theme.

  • what the theme seems to be using as ‘sidebar’ seems to be in the footer area below the posts.

    you seem to have added some sidebar code to your page template page.php (?) and maybe other files, but not to archive.php;
