How to add shipping zone to shipping class

Hi Randy. You may need to add a shipping plugin that allows more flexibility. I have furniture on one of my sites that can only be picked-up. Setting local pick-u[ for those items works, but it sounds like you need another layer beyond that. Have you looked at:

By default, WooCommerce does not come with an option to conditionally allow shipping methods to be displayed.
