    Hi,
I set an order to pending payment and added a shipping cost to the payment, calculate the total and send customer a customer invoice.

However, I noticed the customer invoice doesn’t reflect the shipping cost I added, may I know how to include that into the default customer invoice template?

    Thanks for the help!

    Hi @blee4,

When adding the line item for shipping, make sure to choose a Shipping Method (Other is fine), and also enter a Shipping Name into the field, just “Shipping” will work. After that, calculate your total and try sending the invoice again.

I just tested and found it didn’t work unless those two items were added.

    Hi Jesse,
Yes, this works perfect!! I left the shipping method as “NA”, after choosing the “Other”, I can see the Shipping charge now.

Thank you very much for the help! ??
