HOW TO ADD SELECT LIST CLOSE OPTION

your plugin was great, but i have an issue that is, i can add different country list with redirect url
and that short code can be put in pop up when user select country then redirect to particular country website is up to fine and good. but when user select the popup contain website it redirect to same website and again popup obtained This can be repeated again and again. so this is the problem i have faced
my requirement is when user select list of already loaded website nothing can be happen. how it was possible
if i have empty or leave it redirect url blank pop should not closed.
