How to add second Administrator?

    Hi, I just activated this plugin for my own WordPress administrator login account.

    How do I add a second administrator? When I went under “Users” for the other administrator account, it just gave me a check box to turn Google Authenticator on or off. There was no way to scan a QR code so that the other admin can add the wordpress site to his GA smartphone app.

    Can you let me know how he can add this info to his app?
