How to add search bar into navigation menu

How do I get this on just the top navigation bar and not the bottom? Thanks.

Activate the plugin and it will be automatically added in the main menu which is your primary menu, and with that you can add some css to style it..

Ok habs gefunden.
Der richtige header ist bei mir anderswo, da ich ein ganz anderes theme habe.
