How to add scroll text (ticker) above header of the website?

  • Hello,

    I want to add a ticker or a scroll text on top of my website, on all pages.

    How do I do this?

    I used a plugin “Horizontal Scroll” but I am not able to put the scroll on top of the site.

    Can anyone here help with a solution?
