How to add preset words to a vacancy?

I understand you would like to have those words show up immediately in the field. It isn’t immediately clear which exact field you are referring to here. Are you referring to the job tags, type, category, or something else? Could you please use the free https://snipboard.io tool to provide us with the field in reference?

WP Job Manager doesn’t have settings to pre-filled default text set by you, but if you want, you can install WP Job Manager Field Editor third-party plugin to achieve this.

Another option you have is to use custom code snippets, similar to the one for pre-filling the location or email here:

The field for Job Description would be ‘job_description’ for the front end and ‘_job_description’ for the admin page. It is outside of our scope of support to provide assistance with modifying the examples, but that should be able to get you started!

Basically though, the Job Dashboard is unique to each user signed in, it will only show the jobs that the specific user has posted.

@michaelnutt does it mean, that on this page employers will see the vacancies they have published, and applicants will see their responses and subscriptions?
