How to add preset fields-FirstName LastName instead of Name?

  • Yes, I know this should be blindingly obvious…..but it’s not clear how to put one of your preformatted fields on the form.
    Under “Labels” you have “Change Field Labels” but I don’t see any click or click-and-drag way to add those premade fields to forms.

    Sorry to ask something that should be so obvious, but maybe a control got dropped somewhere?

  • Hi, are you talking about the Name field under Fields tag? If you are, there is a drop down menu in Name Filed Format: that allows you to select how to display the Name tag. If that is not what you mean can you give me an example of what you are trying to achieve. Maybe even share a screen capture.
