How to add preloader when someone opens the website for the first time?

    I’ve set everything up and it’s working flawlessly but I can’t find the way how to load the preloader for first time visitors.

    Preloader is working flawlessly when surfing in between the pages, but not on the first load.

    How can I do this?

    Any help is greatly appreciated!
