How to add posts into a page

hi all

My blog at here so you can see I have 6 page as: Sage ACCPAC, QAD Application, Sage CRM, ACT CRM, Management and Contact.

Now, I have a post at here and I would like to add this post into Managemen Page

Could you help me to do it?
