How to add post to a single page on non-static page

Hello everyone,

I’m using the them Arcade basic, and I want to put all my posts on a single page named “Blog”. After I search all over google I discovered that I had to go to settings – reading and choose a static page. But this way it doesnt show the latest post on the front page like I want. So I disabled the static page but now the post show on the latest post on front page but not on Blog page.

I want it to appear on front page as latest posts and on my “Blog” page without the front page being a static page, and I don’t want to create a category to work as a page. I want a page where I can add all my posts.

I hope I wasnt so confusing explaining.
