how to add plugins version 4.7.4

  • I cannot seem to find where to locate how to add a new plugin. When I go to plugins, my two options are “installed plugins” and “SiteOrgigin Widgets”. apparently there should be an “add new” button somewhere, but I do not see it anywhere. What am I missing?
