I have a Buddypress activity form added to a non-Buddypress custom template. On the activity form the image/video upload buttons do not appear, but on regular Buddypress pages it does.

How can I add it there?

    Hey @cincinalium,

    Hope you’re well.

I don’t know how did you implement activity form into the custom page, but BuddyPress Activity Plus needs BP is actually loaded. It’s working based on actions. When the “bp_loaded” action works our plugin starts to work.

So you can try to execute bpfb_plugin_init() function at your custom page but if bp is not loading fully most probably it will not work. In this case, you need a developer and custom coding to implement this functionality into custom page/custom form.

    Cheers,
    Oguz

Thanks a lot! I’ll try some more things and see if I can pull it out.

    Have a beautiful day!

    Hi Raoul

Did you manage to figure out the issue as above? I get the Buddypress Activity icons on the Activity Page, but when adding the Activity Page to the homepage via a widget it does not show.

    Regards
    Vinesh
