How to add placeholer text to Bp profile search field?

    Hi nipasarkerhd,

    You can modify the form template you are using. After you modify a form template, it’s best to copy it into the folder buddypress/members under your active theme folder.

    The available templates are in the folder:

    wp-content/plugins/bp-profile-search/templates/members

    Got the files…what should I add..as a html or need to call any php action with hook.

    If you only need a placeholder, you can use the template ‘members/bps-form-sample-1’.

    In general, modifying a template is not for end users but requires programming skills.
