How to add payment method to terms?

Hello,
The user has to accept terms before making payment. Woocommerce has this ability. Without checking the terms and conditions, user can’t proceed to payment. I need one more aggrement page like terms under it. It has to be checked also. But when he wants to read this aggrement, he should see the detail of products, totals, taxes, quantities and payment method (just like the email being sent after order). Is there a way to add this checkbox, link and those datas when clicked to see this link?
