How to add partial payments to an already created order ?

    For a client, I manage a website that do bookings.

    Customer create an inquiry, then the manager creates an order from this inquiry.

    The order is created in the customer name, he can access it from its account page.

    I activated partial payments (50% deposit) but on the site.com/checkout/order-pay/3554/?pay_for_order=true&key=wc_order_hFzaezeee there is no option for partial payments

    The order is on “pending payment” status.

    I only see the available payments gateways (direct transfer, cash) for the full amount.

    95% of our customers will pay first a deposit, then the remaining amount at the start of the booking.

    Should I create a different page to allow for deposits, or change something in the configuration ?
