How to add page navigation to blog and anyone knows how to use web optimizer

I have noticed that my blog doesn’t have page navigation.

I wonder if there is developers manual I should read.

Do I have to add the page function in my functions.php?

Also, has anyone been successful at combining web optimizer with wordpress to increase conversion? Is there any tutorial available? How do I go about integrating web optimizer with my blog. Should I create different pages and then web optimizer will randomly show a different one?

Any ideas are appreciated.
