How to add own fonts?

Hello,
I’ve tried to add own fonts with no success.
I read about a browser-based font installer, which is usally located at /fonts.php as part of the dompdf package. (https://pxd.me/dompdf/www/fonts.php). T’ve added .afm file to lib/fonts and modified dompdf_font_family_cache.dist.php with no success….
