how to add next line space in product category description

    hi, I am using woocommerce plugin. but there is one issue. I am adding product category description with next line space. but next line space is not adding. there is a line that is written below category description input field such as “The description is not prominent by default; however, some themes may show it.”
    this is the link you can show on it “https://www.creativesystems.com/new-products/”
    description is not showing well without next line spaces.
    please suggest me the solution as soon as possible.

    can i use “wpautop” for this purpose?

    The content of the category expect HTML, you can wrap your paragraps in <p></p> tags and it should space it right.

    Alternatively, you can use the <br/> tag to break to a new line.

    both of these are not accepting by the wordpress admin.

    Hi there,

    I just double checked this. It looks like basic HTML (thinks like strong, em, etc) is accepted but p‘s are stripped. However, I believe the description is run through wpautop so carriage returns should be respected.

    I took a look at your site and that seems to be the case – paragraphs are spaced as expected. Did you fix this? If so please let us know and share the culprit ??

    I have used “wpautop” then paragraphs are spaced as expected.
