how to add new section to sidebar?

hi everyone.

I’m using WP 2.8
i want to add a section above the Service section in the sidebar. i want to then move two pages into that section. does anyone know of a plugin or widget that will do this or is there a better way?

the new layout would look like this:

Information
Introduction
Contact
Testimonials

Services
Therapeutic Massage
Rejuvenating Facials
And So On…
