How to add new links to this blogroll

I’m posting this because even after reading questions and answers here, it was not clear how to add the links for the blogs I want to display.
You do it from the “links” menu in your word press admin panel. D’oh!
Here is a screenshot. All the help topics here were calling it bookmarks or rss feeds, so I was not getting it!
