How to add nested blog posts to left sidebar?

  • I am an artist, and am the midst of trying to incorporate a cart (I am considering using e-junkie or similiar papal button on blog post). So I have to have a separate post for each product, and the PP button on that page).

    Is it possible to create categories of posts that can have additional nested filtering that can be toggled on and off… for example, on the side bar you would see “Paintings” and “Etchings”… and then when you click into those categories they expand to provide filtering

    – Paintings
    – Landscapes
    – Spring
    – And then a list of each painting
    – And then a list of each painting etc
    – Summer
    – Fall
    – Portraits
    – Figure
    -Etchings
    – Landscape

    etc…
    Is this possible in WP?

  • Yes it is possible in WP. You would have to make changes in the WP-template’s CSS file. Although, you do need some knowledge of HTML to do so.
