I’m using a weather widget on one of our websites, but the Complianz Assistant doesn’t automatically recognize the cookie.
Now I want to add it myself, how do I do that?

Cookie is, as far as I have looked, not in the cookiedatabase.org. I can’t find anything in the Complianz documentation that helps me.

    Hi @brainchildgmbh,

Do you have the name of the widget, the cookie and on what URL this is set? I will refer this to the moderators on cookiedatabase.org. This way we can also advice if to block the service or not.

If you want to add the cookie yourself, go to cookie descriptions under Wizard – Consent – Below you can ‘Add a new cookie’. If you sync the info with cd.org, they can double-check.

If you need/want to block the service, you will need the script center. In msot cases the widget calls a URL in a script, you can block this URL, under Integrations – Script Center – Block a script, iframe or plugin.

    Let me know!

    Hi Aert,
thank you very much for your answer! I blocked the cookie (iFrame) in the Script Center and now everything works as I wanted.

If you still want to add the cookie at cookiedatabase.org here is the info:

    1. url: https://www.wetter.de
      widgets: https://www.wetter.de/tools/wetter-widget.html
    2. url: https://metar-taf.com
      widget: https://metar-taf.com/de/embed-info/EDME?station_id=EDDM

If there are any questions, let me know.
Many greetings and thanks again ??
