How to add multiple hyperlinks to slider image?

Hello Everyone,

I was just wondering how I would go about adding hyperlinks on the social media icons in my slider image?

I have tried making them active as a HTML image (in Photoshop), however I have so far been unsuccessful (I have no idea what I’m doing wrong, I’ve followed multiple tutorials).

I was wondering if there is a plug-in or code that I can paste into my CSS to add the hyperlinks?
