How to add more than one country when making feed?

    Hi, First of all I would like to say thank you very much for this great plugin! I followed the tutorial step by step and it’s just works like magic! But what if I want to show the listing in more than one country? I did try to create another feed for a different country and submit to Google merchant centre then there’s some duplicated error appears. I’m wondering is it possible to add more than one country in one feed? Would you please advise how to work it out. Many thanks!

    Hello,

    I’m glad to hear that you are enjoying our plugin. To run ads in multiple countries, you can select multiple targeted countries while configuring the feed or add a supplemental feed.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your prompt reply. However when I try to make another feed for a different country, the interface is a little different from your tutorial and on the Product id section there’s no “Parent Product id (WPML)” to select (Please see the attached screenshot). Would you please advise where to select the “Parent Product id (WPML)” or is there any others options that I can use? Looking forward to hear from you soon. Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for reaching us,

    From what we have gathered, it seems that you are experiencing an issue with the Parent Product ID. If you have WPML installed and have translated your website into multiple languages, you should be able to find the Parent Product ID under WPML Attributes. However, please note that this feature is not available in the free version of CTX Feed. Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
