Hello, I’m looking forward to try your User Submitted Post plugin, just installed it today. So my problem is I want to store user submitted data in CPT (not in Post/Page). I found the solution here from Plugin’s FAQ page. Now main thing is Custom Field. where users from frontend will enter data – can not be added.

I use Pods Plugin for Custom Post Type. in My site there is a part of Short Question Answer, so I created “QnA” CPT and Custom Fields are “Question”, “Answer” etc. Now how can I add Customs Fields instead of WordPress default custom field option?

Glad to help. The free version of the plugin provides only one custom field. To enable it, follow these steps:

    1. Visit USP settings > Form Fields and enable “Custom Field”
    2. Then scroll down to “Custom Field” settings and configure as needed
    3. Scroll down further and click the “Save Settings” button

Done! After following these steps, the USP form will include the custom field as configured.

I hope this helps. Let me know if I can provide any further infos.

Okay. So free version doesn’t support more custom fields. Thanks.

Yes correct. I may be able to add one more custom field to the free version, would that be enough? If not, the pro version supports unlimited custom fields (and everything else), just fyi.

That will be great. For now one more field will work. Later I will go for pro version if I like the plugin…thanks.

    Hi @vast1r,

My previous reply was not a promise, but rather a question whether or not it would be useful to add another custom field. Based on your response, I will look at possibly adding for a future plugin update. I appreciate your feedback.
