How to add menu and full width page

    I have tried various themes to add a menu and have brizy work full width. I tried OceanWP (Free), Twenty Seventeen, Customizr, they work full with but not when I use the Brizy editor. How do I add a menu and get full with? Like the Brizy.io website.
