How to add logo in Virtue theme

Do you mean like this- https://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue/
Just choose the first Logo Layout from Theme Options > Main Settings.
Or do you want it in the topbar? If so, enable the topbar widget area from Theme Options > Topbar Settings and turn on the Topbar Layout Switch. Then in Appearance > Widgets you can add a Virtue: Image widget to the topbar widget area.
